Taught To You or Wrought In You?

The verse below struck me this morning as to how much confidence we put in mere teaching, versus a personal experience with God. Paul later shares his "‭being more extremely zealous for my ancestral traditions." That can be a trap!

What is your God experience? Seems we should seek out our own, rather that just something we were taught.

"For I would have you know, brethren, that the gospel which was preached by me is not according to man. For I neither received it from man, nor was I taught it, but I received it through a revelation of Jesus Christ."
