Ein Sof

Intermittent my reads this a.m., I found myself pondering the billions of years-old galaxies surrounding this Blue Dot upon which we dwell!  

Surely a mirror of this inexhaustible Spirit, this "God" which we may now experience as, Love.  The three letters, "God" seems insufficient, a name we may have reduced "him" too.

"Ein Sof", I am told by my Jewish friends is a more appropriate name for this "infinite and transcendent One!"

Maybe Moses could only comprehend a garden, when in reality, only such magnificent heavens could declare the glory of our God.  Eden, a mere micro of it all!

Maybe something actually occured as described, but beyond mankind's expulsion from Eden, also a shutting down of a much bigger plan.

The galaxies now sit dormant, like a massive multi-family development that fell victim to some catastrophic downfall.

What else might we have missed?

The good news is that on the other end of this same Biblical narrative comes the proclamation of a New Heaven and a New Earth, where both lion and lamb are at ease and forever!

All things will then be made new, the saints of old, even massive populations long released from their clay temples, having awaited the heavens renewed! 

The Good News, you can have know citizenship through Love's good grace!
