On Maturity and Perspective

I recall the progressive stages of maturation in my life, with such rote goals as graduating high school, then college, pursuit of a career; still older, striving to identify and lock into my personal calling, both in the church and the community, yet nothing compares to this next season:

"I press on toward the goal to win the prize for which God has called me heavenward in Christ Jesus."
